Felixx is an international landscape architecture firm committed to building a sustainable world. Founded in 2014, the firm has steadily grown into an enthusiastic team of approximately 35 designers, researchers, and engineers. We aim to continue expanding, deepening our knowledge, and broadening our field of work. We believe that when nature is given space, it gives back—ecologically, socially, and economically. Our designs aim to integrate nature into cities and landscapes in meaningful, long-lasting ways.
We are looking for a Biology or Ecology intern with a strong interest in urban ecology and biodiversity monitoring to join our team. This internship is part of our broader effort to track the long-term ecological performance of our built projects.
What you’ll do
Monitor and assess biodiversity indicators in real-world projects
Help us understand how ecological benefits evolve over time

Work with multidisciplinary teams to link ecological data with social and spatial impacts
What we’re looking for:
A student in biology, ecology, or environmental sciences
Interest in urban biodiversity, field monitoring, and ecological indicators
Curiosity about how nature-based design shapes both the environment and society
A proactive, analytical mindset—comfortable with both fieldwork and data
You have excellent written and verbal communications skills
You are fluent in Dutch and/or English
